What is YAYS?

YAYS is a sustainable fashion brand that mainly creates order-based dungarees but also other garments. We collaborate with other companies to create unique designs from organic cotton and recycled polyester garments that you can find on our website.

How can I place an order?

You can place an order on our website by selecting the item you want and adding it to your cart. Then, follow the checkout process and enter your payment and shipping information.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept several payment methods, including credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Cash on Delivery - COD (only for orders in Romania)

Is it safe to pay on your website?

We take the security of our customers' payment information very seriously, and we have implemented numerous measures to ensure that your information is safe. Our website is SSL-secured and we use trusted payment gateways to process all transactions.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No, you don't need to create an account to place an order on our website. However, we do recommend creating an account to make future purchases easier.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping to many countries. Please see our Shipping page for more information and a list of countries we ship to. If you can not find on our list the country you want your order to be shipped to please do not hesitate to contact us.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

It depends on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout. We offer free shipping for all orders in Romania and for orders over 200 euros in Europe. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number for it.

Can I track my order after I place it?

Yes, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. You can use this tracking number to track your order on the courier's website.

Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed?

Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes to an order once it has been placed. However, if you contact us immediately after placing your order, we may be able to cancel it so you can place a new order with the correct details.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so if you're not happy with your order for any reason, you can return it within 30days of receiving it. Please see our Returns page for more information and instructions.
