ECO-FRIENDLY COLLECTION SHIPPING FEES
Free shipping for most of our items in the Eco Friendly Collection, but a fee might be applied for some items (it will be calculated at check-out and shown before proceeding).
All the items in the Eco Friendly Collections are usually delivered from our partners in Latvia or Spain but some items can be delivered on rare occasions from other EU and non-EU countries.
All the items in in the Eco Friendly Collection for the UK are delivered mainly from our partners locations in the UK but on rare occasions they can be delivered from EU and non-EU countries.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
We aim to fulfill all our orders within 5 working days (usually it takes about 1-3 working days), but in busy periods it can take up to 10-15 working days.
We will send you a text message or an email with the tracking number after the order fulfillment
After shipping, you can track your parcel here.
For international deliveries, once your parcel has left Romania, check for updates on the website of your national postal office or you can check HERE.
Delivery usually takes around 1-3 working days after the order fulfilment for orders shipped in Romania and 5-10 working days after the order fulfillment for international deliveries, it depends on your location.
If you did not receive your order 15 working days after shipping, please get in touch with us.
